Terms And Conditions Of Delhi Routes

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Delhi Routes ("the Company") to the client ("the Customer"):

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance by the Customer.
1.2. The Company accepts payments by cash, credit/debit card or online payment methods.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to request full payment in advance for any service provided.

2.1. More than 30 days before the start of the tour: full refund.
2.2. 15 to 30 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost.
2.3. Less than 15 days before the start of the tour: no refund.
Delhi Routess reserves the right to cancel a tour/ Taxi/ Hotel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Delhi Routess will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour/ Taxi/ Hotel.

3.1. The Company will provide the service to the best of its ability and in accordance with the booking confirmation provided to the Customer.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle or driver in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdown or driver illness.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide a service if the Customer or any member of their party behaves in a manner that is deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate.

4.1. The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the Customer's property or any personal injury sustained during the provision of the service, unless such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company or its employees.
4.2. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the provision of the service.

5.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa, for the service provided by the Company.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
5.3. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts (only Delhi Court).

Delhi Routess reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes to the terms and conditions, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage customers to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

By using the services provided by Delhi Routes, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
